It’s Monday again, this should be a great week 🙂

I hope you had a great weekend, I certainly did with nice weather (albeit it a bit windy at times).

I woke on Sunday to see the Wallabies had beaten the English in a match that was tenser than a Royal Christmas lunch 😆 Catch the highlights on YouTube - Autumn Nations Series

Don’t forget, if you are enjoying my newsletter don’t be shy in recommending it to your friends and family.

1. Get the “edition” of your favourite coffee ☕️ at Edition Roasters

Edition Roasters has four locations around the CBD are designed to celebrate Japanese aesthetics and their approach to flavour.

As they say at Edition “…we pride ourselves on our carefully curated and roasted range of single origin coffees. We believe in omni-roasting, an approach that focuses on roasting each coffee distinctly…”

Google reviewers are also loving the unique experience with a 4.4 star rating 😍

Suzy Q sums it up nicely “…I like the cafe's commitment to the all-black aesthetic. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. Their menu is impressive, featuring unique dishes that intrigue the palate…”

2. Meet some mates at Old Mate’s Place 🍸️

Located on Level 4, 199 Clarence Street, Old Mate’s Place is open Tuesday to Sunday to as late as 2am.

Try their whisky sour and it will leave you with a warm impression of this most loved Sydney gem. If the weather is nice then the rooftop bar is my choice for the fresh air and city skyline.

Extensive range of of unique cocktails and pulling a huge 4.7 star Google rating from 1,100 reviews ⭐️ it is a must do.

3. If you like the music of “slowhand” Eric Clapton 🎸

The Camelot Lounge in Marrickville is hosting "Unplugged" The Album & The Music of Eric Clapton - Performed by Matt Arthur and The Lazybones on Thursday 14th November, doors open at 7pm and the show kicks off at 8pm.

Tickets are only $34 and can be purchased from the Camelot Lounge Website

Want a little taste of Matt Arthur then check out his performance at the Two Heads Brewery in Bathurst on YouTube

4. When was the last time you had a picnic … under the Harbour Bridge?

You probably never sat on the grass of Dawes Point Reserve and had a picnic. Well I can tell you it has the most amazing views to spend an hour for lunch with views of the Opera House and harbour.

Bring your picnic rug and something to eat and drink. A unbelievable soothing experience.

5. Photography and Bondi Beach, what a match 🏖️ 📷️

The Head on Photo Festival kicked off on the weekend and runs until Sunday 1st December. What could be better than world class photography at a world class beach 😃

The major exhibits are in the Bondi Pavilion Gallery, outdoors on Bondi Beach and also Paddington.

The exhibition program, list of exhibitors and further information is available on their website HERE
